Nostium provides software and support under the relevant agreement. The customer is responsible for proper use, authorised users and accurate data and settings.
Availability and maintenance
Nostium continuously maintains and improves its services. Planned maintenance is announced where possible; urgent security or stability work may be performed immediately.
Privacy and security
Personal data is processed under the privacy statement and applicable processing agreements. Both parties take appropriate measures to protect accounts, data and access.
