Business application cookies
This is an informational technical overview based on the reviewed implementation. It is not a contractual schedule, certification or confirmation that every capability is active in production.
Business applications
Backoffice and account services use different sessions and preferences from the public website and booking service. This overview concerns the reviewed business interfaces. A guest’s or venue’s cookie choices must not automatically be applied to another organisation or website.
Secure sessions
Backoffice defaults to nostium_backoffice_session: an HttpOnly session cookie configured for a maximum of 8 hours. The account service defaults to nostium_accounts_sso, also 8 hours. Names and periods can be configured per environment. These technologies support authentication and the requested account service.
Language, theme and navigation
i18n_redirected remembers language; the exact period requires checking each writer and configuration. nostium_last_employee_context remembers the selected organisation or location for up to 180 days and can be shared across Nostium hosts on .nostium.com. Local storage for theme (nostium-backoffice-theme-v2), navigation, favourites and employee context has no automatic browser expiry in the reviewed code. Convenience preferences are not automatically strictly necessary; the owner must assess necessity and consent per purpose.
Measurement and error reporting
No application-owned Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Clarity or advertising-pixel loader was found in the reviewed Backoffice and account plugins. Venue tracking settings configure that venue’s guest environment. Sentry error reporting is separately integrated; lawful basis, necessity and transmitted fields require assessment per activity.
Shared planning view
The shared mobile planning view can remember selected areas in fc-resources, with a source-code setting of up to 31,536,000 seconds. The host application can change the name or disable storage. This is a display preference; verify the actual host, settings and necessity for each use.
Managing preferences
Manage theme and language through the relevant application settings. Your browser can inspect and remove cookies and local storage; removing session data can sign you out. The public website cookie preferences control only that website. For questions or the inventory for your deployment, contact dataprotection@nostium.com.
