Within Nostium’s reservation platform, a checked-in reservation is automatically forwarded to 501 Fun, which immediately creates the appropriate session. When the PIN function is enabled, the system automatically generates a unique PIN that you can easily share with the guest. This allows the guest to log into the device independently, completely without staff intervention.
What does this look like in practice?
When a guest arrives for the activity, the team only needs to check in the reservation in Nostium. At that point, the appropriate session in 501 Fun is automatically created. If the PIN function is activated, Nostium immediately generates a unique PIN that can be shared with the guest. The guest then simply logs into the device himself, without staff assistance. Any changes in start time or group size are automatically updated so that everything is ready at the right time.
