Additional sales of items arranged directly from Nostium!
If you are not (yet) ready for one of our checkout links, but still want to arrange the sale of some individual items with a reservation? Then you can still arrange that with our unique module: Articles & Checkout. This gives you the option to place individual items on an existing reservation. And when the reservation can be concluded, you can easily draw up a final invoice. Easy, right!
Create & add articles
If your guests still consume food and/or drinks on location, we offer you the option of creating separate items in Nostium based on a name, item number, description, VAT percentage and price.
In this way you can easily create an item file where you can add individual items to existing reservations. By being able to select the quantity immediately when adding, we make bulk processing possible.
Add payment methods & close account
When the bill is ready to be finalized, you can request an overview. This overview shows all items that have been added to the existing reservation.
Because we also allow partial payments, you can easily see which amount is still outstanding on this account. With the choice of processing payments electronically, in cash or on account, you can complete the payment in full. Once the account has been paid in full, it will be closed in the system. Your guest will of course receive a proof of this by e-mail.
