What does this look like in practice?
Within the platform, you can set up how you want to handle down payments for reservations, specifically for activities and/or packages. You have the option to choose that a deposit is required for a successful reservation. The guest reserves the desired activities, packages and additional options through our platform. We calculate the right price directly at each step. After completing the guest information, the guest is given the option to start the deposit. This deposit is initiated through Mollie’s platform, using the payment options you have agreed with Mollie. Upon successful payment, the guest receives immediate confirmation of the reservation through our platform.
Return payments and payment requests
Not only receiving payments is possible, but also initiating refunds or sending payment requests directly can be done easily from the Nostium platform. Mollie’s functionalities and information features are fully integrated, so you don’t have to switch between the two platforms to perform an action. Everything can be managed directly from the guest’s booking in the back office. This makes managing payments and refunds more efficient and user-friendly, ensuring a seamless experience for you, your employee and guests alike.
