What does this look like in practice?
On the day of the activity, the guest arrives at location where they check themselves in. At that point, Nostium shares the available information with Scanfie’s POS system so a bill can be prepared. When the guest orders various products, such as a drink or snack on site via the convenient QR code, they come directly to the same receipt. If the guest has pre-ordered products during the reservation process, Nostium also communicates this with any indicated delivery time. Thus, from start to finish, the entire process is automated, error-free and fast.
Check-in column
We also offer another unique feature with Scanfie: letting guests check in themselves. This is a convenient feature that allows for quick turnaround during peak times or times when fewer staff are available. This expansion allows guests to check in immediately upon arrival, allowing their experience to begin immediately. The hardware required can be completely tailored to your company’s needs. For example, columns are available, as well as various table and counter models that can be used for multiple purposes.
